Refund & Cancellation Policy

All services provided by Crash Legal LLC are governed by the terms outlined in the client’s signed service agreement.

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all payments made to Crash Legal LLC are non-refundable once services have commenced. This includes, but is not limited to, onboarding, campaign setup, marketing execution, lead generation, intake services, or any work performed on behalf of the client.

By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees that:

Services begin immediately or shortly after payment is processed

Resources, time, and costs are allocated upon onboarding

Fees compensate for work performed and are not contingent on specific results or outcomes

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of ongoing or recurring services by submitting written notice to [email protected].

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least [7–14] days prior to the next billing date

Cancellation will apply to future billing only

No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or in progress

Program-Specific Terms & Lead Replacement Policy

Certain services or programs offered by Crash Legal LLC may include limited performance-related provisions, as explicitly defined within the client’s signed service agreement.

These provisions may include a lead replacement policy, which applies only under the specific conditions outlined in the applicable agreement.

A replacement may be issued at the reasonable discretion of Crash Legal LLC if a delivered lead is determined to not meet the predefined qualification criteria established in the service agreement at the time of delivery.

For clarity:

A lead is considered fulfilled once it meets the agreed-upon qualification criteria at the time it is delivered. Replacement eligibility applies only if the lead does not meet those predefined criteria.

Replacement eligibility does not apply in circumstances including, but not limited to:

The recipient’s follow-up efforts, communication practices, or internal processes

The individual lead’s decision not to move forward for any reason

Any breakdown in communication or handling after delivery

Any services, consultation, or engagement provided by the recipient after the lead is delivered

Crash Legal LLC provides marketing, advertising, and client acquisition services only. We do not provide legal services, do not participate in legal decision-making, and do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or revenue.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, the client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Crash Legal LLC to attempt resolution.

Any unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may be considered a breach of the service agreement and may result in:

Immediate termination of services

Collection efforts for outstanding balances

Additional administrative or legal fees where applicable
